What we collect
When you join the "planning to buy" list: your name, WhatsApp number, home pincode (used to find the dealer nearest you), when you plan to buy, budget, type of car, brands and model you're considering, and how you plan to pay. We also note who shared the link with you, if anyone, and a scrambled form of your internet address to stop spam.
Why
To message you on WhatsApp when a group matching your plan opens, and to show dealers how many buyers in an area are planning to buy, as totals only (for example "12 people in OMR planning an SUV"). We never show a dealer your name or number from this list.
When a dealer sees your details
Only if you join a group, and only that group's dealer, for that purchase. You agree to this separately when you join.
How long we keep it
Until you ask us to delete it, or 12 months after your planned purchase time, whichever comes first.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your details at any time under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. WhatsApp or call +91 75581 71618, or email info@asli.one. We reply within 7 days.
